Cancellation and refunds: Cancel or reschedule without a penalty. If you cancel before the session, the educator cancels, you miss a prepaid session, or a technical failure prevents delivery, request a refund or free rescheduling. Technical interruptions qualify for replacement of the remaining time or a proportional refund. Completed time is ordinarily nonrefundable; billing errors and legal rights remain protected. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within seven business days; provider processing time varies.
Booking privacy: FrancesLou1980 Holistic Wellness uses your contact, appointment and payment-transaction information to arrange and administer your session. Systeme.io processes the booking and customer record, Google Calendar/Meet processes scheduling and session access, and your selected payment provider processes payment. Their own privacy terms also apply. Do not enter health information. No HIPAA compliance claim is made for this workflow.
